Headines around the world are reporting exceptionally frigid conditions and unusually high levels of snowfall in recent weeks. They tout these events as records, but few people understand how short the record actually is -- usually less than 50 years, a mere instant in Earth’s 4.6-billion year history. The reality is that, when viewed in a wider context, there is nothing unusual about current weather patterns.
Despite this fact, the media -- directly, indirectly, or by inference -- often attribute the current weather to global warming. Yes, they now call it climate change. But that is because activists realized, around 2004, that the warming predicted by the computer models on which the scare is based was not actually happening. Carbon dioxide (CO2) levels continued to increase, but the temperature stopped increasing. So, the evidence no longer fit the theory. English biologist Thomas Huxley commented on this dilemma over a century ago:

A week ago on January 21, 2019, she officially announced her campaign to run for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States in the 2020 United States presidential election. In the first 24 hours, her campaign already raised $1.5 million in mostly small contributions.
Her announcement renewed questions about how Harris got her start in politics.
According to Wikipedia, in 1993, 31 years younger and fresh out of law school, Kamala Harris began “dating” California Speaker of the Assembly Willie Brown, “who introduced her to many powerful individuals in the California and Sacramento political and campaign management establishment.”
Brown later became a two-term mayor of San Francisco. In Willie Brown: A Biography, p. 404, James Richardson writes that Kamala Harris was Willie Brown’s “girl friend” although he was — and still is — married to his wife Blanche Vitero.
More than introducing her to powerful people in politics, the Washington Free Beacon points out that Brown also appointed Harris to two well-paid state commission assignments on the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board and the California Medical Assistance Commission. SF Weekly reported back in 2003 that the two positions earned her more than $400,000 over five years.
Willie Bown
In his weekly column in the San Francisco Chronicle last Saturday, January 26, 2019, Willie Brown admits to his adulterous affair with Kamala Harris in a casual “what’s the big deal?” demeanor. He writes:
Elephant in the room: I’ve been peppered with calls from the national media about my “relationship” with Kamala Harris, most of which I have not returned.
Yes, we dated. It was more than 20 years ago.
Admitting that “I may have influenced her career by appointing her to two state commissions when I was Assembly speaker. And I certainly helped with her first race for district attorney in San Francisco,” Brown then breezily dismisses his nepotistic patronage, saying “I have also helped the careers of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Gov. Gavin Newsom, Sen. Dianne Feinstein and a host of other politicians.”
Are we to think that Pelosi, Newsom and Feinstein also screwed Willie Brown into politics?
Brown’s admission that he had dated an adulterous affair with and “assisted” Kamala Harris into politics may just the beginning of the airing of her dirty laundry.
According to a Crazy Days and Nights blind last June, Kamala Harris began her political career by being the mistress of the powerful and married Willie Brown — former mayor of San Francisco and speaker of the California State Assembly — who took her to swinger parties that were “glorified orgies” where she engaged in sex with “large numbers of men and women”. CDAN claims there are compromising pictures of Harris at these orgies, “which is why senior leaders from her party are quietly trying to discourage her presidential ambitions”.
Then there is the matter that Harris is not a “natural born” U.S. citizen. Nor is she an African-American.
Kamala Harris’ parents are both immigrants:
Her mother is a Tamil Indian, who immigrated to the U.S. in 1960 from Madras, India. (Madras was renamed Chennai in 1996.)

Since Kamala was born in Oakland, California on October 20, 1964, neither of her parent would have been a U.S. citizen at the time. That makes Kamala Harris not a “natural born citizen,” according to the most scholarly interpretation of Section 1 of Article Two of the U.S. Constitution.
Of course, none of this matters because Democrats — with the complicity of Republicans — had made sure, with the constitutionally-illegitimate presidency of Barack Obama (whose Kenyan father was not a U.S. citizen at Barack’s birth or after), that the Constitution’s natural-born citizenship requirement for the presidency means nothing.

CHICAGO (SUN TIMES MEDIA WIRE) - A 20-year-old man was in critical condition following a car crash early Monday on the Dan Ryan Expressway that led to him attempting to elude police officers by jumping off a bridge overlooking the Southwest Side Bridgeport neighborhood, after the police were chasing him for no reason.

A Southfield family was escorted off an American Airlines plane Wednesday after passengers complained of body odor.
Local 10 News in Florida reported that Yossi and Jennie Adler and their 19-month-old daughter were boarding a plane at the Miami International Airport when they were escorted off. But Yossi Adler told Local 10 News that the family did not have body odor and urged the airline to reveal the actual reason behind the family's removal from the plane.
A statement from American Airlines officials to the Free Press stated, "The Adler family were asked to deplane last night after several passengers, along with our crew members, complained about their body odor. CHICAGO - A political bombshell occurred at City Hall Wednesday as the Sun-Times revealed longtime Ald. Danny Solis wore a wire as part of the FBI’s corruption investigation into Ald. Ed Burke and others. Reports state that Solis began wearing a wire in November 2016 and that there may have been at least two other moles operating during the same time period.
The two were close political allies, and many are now wondering just how far the federal investigation will go. Reports are that as many as five high-profile, current or former, local government officials have been informed that they are now a subject and are being given some time to decide if they want to cooperate. A veteran criminal lawyer has remarked this is the biggest investigation to hit since Operation Greylord; and suggested that any alderman or other official that had anything more than a casual conversation with Solis or one of the other moles, needs to be very concerned.

Nathan Phillips rally attempted to disrupt Mass at DC’s National Shrine: While chanting and playing ceremonial drums, a group of Native American rights activists reportedly led by Nathan Phillips attempted Jan. 19 to enter Washington, DC’s National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception during a Saturday evening Mass.
I posted the below video and got the usual responses, some of which I published. Of the responses, one in particular stood out. It was written by what I can tell is a 19th Ward supporter who didn't get the point I was trying to make. Neither did he understand the mechanics of how a siege would take place. I believe he was reacting to the video and a few of the comments. His comment resulted in a multitude of responses, most of which I didn't post. This guy, who actually graduated from a high school despite reading nothing more than comic books, is a closed mind to possibility. I would rank him on a par with Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez. I urge him not to be posting dumb thoughts here. His comment is posted below. Most of the goo goos that write this shit are subsidized by some kind of grant, often from government agencies. What's written on paper is often theory and references are often their interpretations of other goo goos written interpretations. Something to view and contemplate. Some people will say this is racist. Perhaps it is. On the other hand, consider that maybe it's a normal human reaction to Democratic party policies that are essentially racist. Last Friday, January 18, 2019, a deceptively-edited video posted to social media ignited a media-driven public lynching of a group of teenage boys from the all-male Covington Catholic High School in Park Hills, Kentucky.
That day, the boys, wearing red Make America Great Again (MAGA) hats and sweatshirts, participated in the March for Life in Washington, DC. The video shows the boys surrounding, laughing and jeering at an elderly Native American man singing and playing a drum, who is identified as Nathan Phillips, an Omaha elder and Vietnam veteran.
Wiping away tears, Phillips said: “When I was there singing, I heard them [Covington boys] saying ‘Build that wall, build that wall’. This is indigenous lands. We’re not supposed to have walls here. We never did.” (WDBJ7.com)
The Covington boys were roundly denounced by media outlets and their hometown mayor. The Covington Catholic School, Diocese and Archdiocese issued abject apologies and condemnation of the students.
It turns out the full video of the incident shows an entirely different version of what
Covington Catholic High School officials should consider the possibility that their kids got set up; on this weekend of Right to Life marches (non of which was reported in the media). These look like good kids to me.

A teenager involved in a controversial encounter between a Native American man and a crowd of students has spoken out.
A video appeared to show some of the boys laughing and jeering as Omaha elder Nathan Phillips sang and drummed in Washington.
The footage, which went viral, led to widespread criticism of the boys.
However, additional video footage has provided further details of the incident, while student Nick Sandmann has denied mocking Mr Phillips.
"I did not make any hand gestures or aggressive moves," he said. "I believed that by remaining motionless and calm, I was helping to diffuse the situation."
What do we know happened?
At least three groups appear to be involved in Friday's incident.
Students from Kentucky's Covington Catholic High School, who had finished taking part in March for Life, an anti-abortion rally, were gathered at the Lincoln Memorial. The group of teenagers was predominantly white, and many wore Make America Great Again caps.
Mr Phillips - a Vietnam war veteran - and many other Native American activists were also at the memorial, having taken part in the Indigenous Peoples March.
Meanwhile, a group of black men, who called themselves Hebrew Israelites, were at the scene. Video footage shows them shouting insults at many people, including Native Americans, as well as the schoolboys.
As the group shouted at the students, some of the teenagers began chanting, and one of them took his top off.
Mr Phillips then approached the students, singing and beating a drum, in what he called a prayer to defuse tensions.
He was surrounded by the students, some of whom began chanting and singing as well.
How did the controversy break out?
A short video emerged showing Mr Sandmann smiling and standing directly in front of Mr Phillips as he beat the drum. Other students laughed, shouted and clapped along.
In a statement released by a PR company, Mr Sandmann said "outright lies" were being spread about him and his family and that he had received death threats as a result of the incident.
What is Nick Sandmann's account?
He said the group of African American protesters had called the students "racists" and "incest kids".
"Because we were being loudly attacked and taunted in public, a student in our group asked one of our teacher chaperones for permission to begin our school spirit chants to counter the hateful things that were being shouted at our group."
Then, he said, the Native American protesters approached the students, including Mr Phillips, who was playing his drum.
"I did not see anyone try to block his path," he said. "He locked eyes with me and approached me, coming within inches of my face. He played his drum the entire time he was in my face."
"To be honest, I was startled and confused as to why he had approached me," he said.
"I never felt like I was blocking the Native American protester. He did not make any attempt to go around me... I was not intentionally making faces at the protester. I did smile at one point because I wanted him to know that I was not going to become angry, intimidated or be provoked into a larger confrontation."
"I respect this person's right to protest and engage in free speech activities... I believe he should re-think his tactics of invading the personal space of others, but that is his choice to make."
What do other accounts say?
Mr Sandmann said that the students only used school chants, and he did not hear anyone make hateful or racist remarks.
That phrase was not audible in video footage of the incident. Two other participants in the Indigenous Peoples March, and a photojournalist covering the march, told US media they heard people chanting "build that wall" and "Trump 2020".
"They were marking remarks to each other... [such as] 'In my state those Indians are nothing but a bunch of drunks'," he said.
Meanwhile, Marcus Frejo, who accompanied Mr Phillips, told the New York Times he heard the students making noises that appeared to mock Native American chanting - although he also heard some of the students sing along.
US media reports say that the students performed a haka chant, and some appeared to make the tomahawk chop gesture - which many Native Americans consider disrespectful.
He accused the students of "mocking us while we're having discourse", and argued that, although his group had been vocal, they "didn't approach" the students and there was no "physical situation".
