    Off Topic

Puppy Man Love said...Last year alone, Tim Dart, 43, was paid $541,500 lobbying

It also includes the owners of the Ringling Bros. circus, which paid Tim Dart $26,000 to fight a proposed city ban on elephants

Dou you have any idea they way they treat those elephants? Puppy loving tommy would have to be shocked his brother would profit off the cruelity of animals. Say it aint so Tommy!

Question directly to candidate Matt Oshea:
If elected will Matt O’Shea swear an oath that he will never bartend again?
I personally have observed him many times over the year’s bartending and pouring alcohol for underage drinkers and over serving young men and women who were so highly intoxicated they could barely stand, all for his purpose I would assume of chasing for that elusive $1 dollar tip! Sad part is every night these same drunkards would get behind the wheel of vehicles, some I know were involved several accidents were folks were seriously hurt and killed.
    Thanks Matt.
What has the 19th ward come to when a bartender is running for our Aldermanic position?
I believe unfortunately that our ward has seen its better days; we are now officially on a downward slide, soon to look like Roseland or the 18th ward.

I played softball too for many years at Kennedy park, ridge and Mt. greenwoods ball fields, many times after our games I went out to drink in the local western avenue Bars, Matt O'shea served a great beer, he usually had it nice and cold for the guys. If you where real nice to Matt he would pour you a great Guinness and he gave gave you a head that only a true professional craftsman could achieve, No one can give you a good head job like Matt O'Shea, it is a true skill that he has and city hall will be all the better because of it!

Can you feel the excitement in the air?
What exciting times for change we now have, we are so pumped up and excited, our ward will soon have a new torch bearer, Mathew O’shea!
The ward is excited, the residents are excited, Matt’s friends and neighbors are excited.
Matt is a fine young man who will serve our ward well, he has work very hard for the constituents of the 19th ward and the entire Democratic party, On August 17th at an open ward leadership meeting, our Honorable and long serving Alderman Mrs. Rugai sadly tendered her resignation to the 19th organization leadership, she spoke on her numerous accomplishments, there was not a dry amongst us.
She then spoke to us in such a loving tenor and cadence that it reminded me of Sunday mass. As she spoke she told us that Matt O’shea should be our candidate for the future, she reminded us ALL of the HARD WORK and personal sacrifice matt has performed these many years for the 19th ward and his lifelong dedication to the Democratic Party.
Allow me to second that notion and further speak to Matt’s accomplishments:
Matt is a good young Irish Catholic man, a father, a husband and a friend to many, he has sacrificed his own time and efforts supporting: little league, and softball teams, many youth activities at the park districts, volley ball, football, wrestling, field Hockey and track meets, boy scouts, girl scouts, and bowling. He is an avid supporter at St. Xavier foot ball; he also loves Marist, Brother Rice and Mother McCauley. Matt has even been known to donate his time at the county animal refuge working with the un loved turned in puppies. Matt organized and runs the ridge run every year. Matt is in the ward office working 100 hours per week and with his patented open door policy is always helping the residents with garbage cans, and pot holes and alley clean ups, backed up sewers and fallen trees.
He is instrumental in bringing the Ag school to our fine ward; you can find him there many times on a Saturday night cheering on the sporting teams.
Matt O’shea has been a hard worker for families of the 19th ward and he does this tirelessly for the family and children of the 19th ward. Matt an avid movie buff, started the movies in the park several years back for the children. He always places the best interest of the children and families of the 19th ward in front of his own and his lovely wife and family fully support him.
But his family is not the only group that supports him, oh no, Mayor Richard Daley, The Beloved past assessor Tom Hynes, Danny Hynes, Michael Madigan, Alderman Rugai, Jerry Joyce, Kevin Joyce, Tom Dart (in fact many people compare Matt as the new rising star, much like Tom Dart was 20 years ago), Michael Sheehan, Skinny Sheehan, Kathy Meaney, Rose Bilecki, Tom Ryan, Ed Harmening, the mayors of Oak lawn, Marionette park, Evergreen park all support matt. Worth township Democratic Party chair John O’Sullivan and many others. Matt has the full blessing (literally) of ALL the wards parish clergy.
Matt will single handedly reverse the crime, carry on and improve upon the commercial developments, reverse those still few commercial blights and improve our wards school testing results for our children and he will do this within a few short year or two. He is the man for the job, his experience is long and true, he is a proven leader.
The entire 19th ward Democratic organization, precinct captains and other political leaders all support matt and selected him to be the slated candidate for the upcoming election for Alderman city of Chicago ward 19.
    Congratulations Mr. Alderman O’Shea.

Hey Matt are you still going to cover up car accidents like you did when you and neighbor smashed a car 5 years ago drunk on your block, and reported it as a hit and Run, so let’s see;…. false police reports and fraudulent insurance claims???? You are a crap bag!
Think your city worker buddy you conspired with will cover for you if means that he loses his JOB AND PENSION??...NOT.
Has your sphincter puckered yet while reading this? Well it should, I have the proof and it will come out very soon during this election cycle, I suggest you beat me to the punch and break it to the voters before I break it off in your ass!

you better come clean with this buddy before I DO???

TO ALL PEOPLE LIVING IN MT GREENWOOD OR BEVERLY. PLEASE CALL THE POLICE FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. REGARDLESS OF WHO WINS OR LOSES THE 19TH WARD ELECTION OR REGARDLESS OF WHO YOU SUPPORT. THE REASON THAT I AM SAYING THIS IS THAT THE CITY OF CHICAGO AND JODY WEIS/THE POLICE SUPERINDENDENT/ WANT TO REALLOCATE POLICE FROM WHITE, LOW-CRIME, TAXPAYING AREA TO HIGH CRIME, BLACK, NO TAXPAYING AREAS. APPARENTLY, THEY CALL THE POLICE MORE AND SHOOT EACH MORE THAN WE DO. THEREFORE, OUR HIGH TAX DOLLARS SHOULD BE SPENT ON OUR POLICE TO BE SENT TO THE GHETTO. BEVERLY AND MT. GREENWOOD SHOULD NOT SUFFER BECAUSE OF THIS!!! GINGER HAS ALLOWED BEATS 2211, 2212 AND 2213 TO HAVE LITTLE OR NO POLICE PRESENCE FOR THE LAST 20YRS. AND MATT WILL CONTINUE WITH GINGER'S WAYS. BEAT 2211 IS BIGGER THAN THE WHOLE ENGLEWOOD DISTRICT. ENGLEWOOD AT A MINIMUM HAS 15-20 SQUAD CARS OUT THERE AT ALL TIMES. WE'RE LUCKY IF THE 1 CAR WE HAVE SHOWS UP AT ALL.

Speaking of dart. I work in the county building and saw the next corrections class walk in to get drug tested before they were hired. I was dumbfounded that 28 out of 34 of them were African American. My good friend has a son trying to get on. Great kid, college degree who cant seem to make the Dart cut. He has been certified for 3 years. My friend contacted someone from the sheriffs merit board who told her off the record that they were told to hire minorities and that order came from the top. I also talked too a few chinamen in the 19th ward. They told me dart has shunned all the people who took care of him and wont even take calls from oshea, sheehan or joyce. I just cant believe that dart can justify that with the county being 64% white. I also hear he tells people he cant hire to many from his ward because of shackman. A correctional officer starting salary is almost 50k with full benefits. So i dont want to hear this b.s that the white kids wont take that job. Dart you are a POS.

Hey Murph if you want people to write in then perhaps you should reconsider your filter of posts first policy.
No one wants to waste their time writing in if they do not know if their voice will be heard.
But then again this site is a front for: the 19th ward Democratic organization.
    So what should we expect.

Matt O'Shea, I have been given details as to your little insurance claim at 104th and Maplewood. Your actions are embarrassing and an insult to the honest people in our ward organization. I call upon you to resign as a candidate for alderman and as democratic committeeman, at once. Your failure to resign will cause me to file a report with the City of Chicago Inspector General and the Insurance Institute on Monday morning.

What do the candidates want to accomplish here? They’d follow my program.

First would be to sell as many tickets during each year of the first term elected. A minimum of 5 fund-raisers with ticket of $100 per person would be a good start.

Next I would listen to the people and tell them that I was going to do everything that they wanted but it would take time. This would ensure that I sell more tickets to the non political (robot voters) who think progress is only 1 week away, even if there is a lot of weeks in 4 , 8 , or 12 years. The robot voters are dumb and always in the market for a bridge and always refer to me by my first name even though they never met me.

Next I’d make the major streets one way and have a fund-raiser for the contractors that do the work $200 a piece for each ticket. Also I’d tell the people that they signed petitions for the one way streets but never let them see the petitions.

Then I’d install red light cams on each red light in the ward , on all four directions and lower the time on each yellow light to 1.9 seconds. (blame the whole thing on city hall and Mayor Rahminator).

Then I’d put speed bumps every 30 feet centered in an area around 89th & Bell and extending 4 blocks in any direction. Then I’d pass out brochures for my cousins front end alignment and steering repair business in Evergreen Park.

Then I’d put in parking meters on all of the major streets in the ward .25 cents per 3 minutes.

Then I’d increase the visits to each business from each inspectors to 10 visits per year. This would make sure all the remaining restaurants and bars would move out in a short time.

I hire a patronage chief who only has hours on Monday nights and his middle name is no. He serves a valuable roll in isolating me from people who might try to bribe me, video tape me while making sure that only my closest friends get any city or county job. Given the fact that there isn’t must to be had in the way of those jobs anymore.

Then at the end of 4 years I’d run for reelection, buy a mansion in Missouri and pay my wife an annual salary for "consulting" that was close to the balance of my millions in my war chest. Sound Familiar?

After Quinn got elected last month, the people of Illinois haven't had enough of this crap. Its a shame you can't reprogram their robot voting ways.

Why is it that no matter what happens in Springfield its never related to Mike Madigan. Last week the pension regorm bill (total disgrace) went to Quinn to sign. Not on 1 television station did they related Madigan to it. Why? Because they are scared of him.

The last 10-15 years the State Budget is getting more and more out of balance but Mike Madigan is never mentioned as related to it.

And this next paragraph will most likely not get this posted but I'll try.

Did you know that when you become a "made member" of Mike Madigan's 13th ward organization he finds a job for you and the rest of your time as a made member you have to buy Madigan ticket per year at a cost of 10% of your salary? Nice kick Back scheme?

Multiply the 10% times the hundred of people he has in his organization and thats a lot of money.
