Let’s call it what it is. Donald Trump’s son-in-law and former White House advisor Jared Kushner has ALWAYS been “out” on Trump. He was in the White House to subvert the President’s plans. Sometimes he was a demonic voice in the ear of the President. Other times he wielded perceived power to take direct actions against the Trump agenda. All the while he pretended to be on the side of his father-in-law and the nation while quietly opposing both.

The money for more war in Ukraine keeps flowing out of the U.S. Congress. The Senate passed a monster pork spending package called the Omnibus bill. It was nearly $1.7 trillion. In that pork bucket was another $45 billion for the money laundering scheme that is Ukraine. They say they need it to fight the invading Russians, but not a dime for the invaders on the Southern U.S. border. Meanwhile, Putin is upgrading his nuclear arsenal. Does anybody in Congress see a problem coming here? Idiots and criminals are in charge of the federal government.
Every week there are dozens of people who “die suddenly.” There are blogs that track this phenomenon all around the world. Of course, it’s people dying from the CV19 bioweapon, but you will never hear this from the Lying Legacy Media (LLM). The LLM told everyone to take the injection and that it was “safe and effective.” That was a lie, and everyone involved in this clear genocide is trying to cover it up including the CDC. No matter how hard they all try, what is coming is a mass awakening to the deadly and debilitating scam they passed off as a vaccine. Just ask vax proponent Academy Award winning actor Tim Robbins if he still believes in the clot shots—spoiler alert– he does not. What does that say about the rest of Hollywood? Do you think he has a few friends that think the same way he does?
The economy is plunging. The economic signals are the same as they were before the Great Recession in 2008 and 2009. Meanwhile, the Fed is on a course to continue to raise rates. There is no so-called Fed pivot. There is just a plunge to the downside, and the used car market is reflecting this trend with a massive new wave of car repossessions.
FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried to be released on a theoretical $250 million bail, will live with his parents, read the small print

FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried will be released on $250 million bond while awaiting trial for fraud and other criminal charges, a New York federal judge ruled Thursday.
The terms of his personal recognizance bond were agreed to by prosecutors and Bankman-Fried’s lawyers. The 30-year-old will face his next hearing in New York City on Jan. 3. Bankman-Fried was expected to be released from federal custody on Thursday, a prosecutor said.
A recognizance bond is a written commitment from the accused to appear in court when ordered. In return, Bankman-Fried’s camp would not be required to meet the full collateral requirements on the bail.
The bond was secured by equity in his family home, and by the signatures of his parents and two other individuals with “considerable” assets.
In addition to the $250 million package, which prosecutors called “the largest-ever pretrial bond,” the former crypto billionaire would also be required to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet, submit to mental health counseling and restrict himself to the Northern District of California.
Judge Gabriel Gorenstein said Bankman-Fried would require “strict” supervision following his release to his parents’ home in California.
His parents, both Stanford Law professors, were present in the courtroom. Bankman-Fried was flanked by two U.S. marshals, dressed in a suit and tie.
He did not speak except when answering the judge.
The former FTX CEO would also be barred from opening any new lines of credit of more than $1,000 while awaiting trial over what federal regulators have called a “brazen” fraud at his bankrupt crypto empire.
Bankman-Fried was the heart of “a fraud of epic proportions,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Nicolas Roos told the court. But he voluntarily returned to the United States, has no history of flight and has significantly reduced financial assets, Roos said.
Bankman-Fried had previously claimed that he was down to a mere $100,000, a steep fall from grace for a man who was once at the head of a $32 billion crypto empire.
Bankman-Fried stands accused of perpetrating a multibillion-dollar fraud on his investors, using customer funds to purchase properties, fund political donations and backstop trades at his hedge fund Alameda Research.
Federal regulators allege over $8 billion in customer funds is missing. FTX filed for bankruptcy protection in Delaware on Nov. 11. Bankman-Fried’s successor, CEO John Ray, said he’d never seen such a “complete failure of corporate control.”
Two of his top lieutenants, Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang, pleaded guilty to related fraud charges and are cooperating with law enforcement. Wang’s and Ellison’s plea deals were revealed Wednesday.
Bankman-Fried was indicted by the U.S. District Court in Manhattan on eight counts including securities fraud and money laundering, and was rendered from the Bahamas to New York om Wednesday evening.
Bankman-Fried’s bail dwarfs other federal white-collar bonds. Bernie Madoff posted a $10 million bond while awaiting trial on his multibillion-dollar Ponzi scheme. Jeff Skilling, former Enron CEO, posted a $5 million bond, while Elizabeth Holmes, Theranos founder, posted a scant $500,000.
I bet he walks without talking.

Catherine Austin Fitts (CAF), Publisher of The Solari Report and former Assistant Secretary of Housing (Bush 41 Admin.), says the U.S. government is so fraudulent that it will self-destruct much sooner than later. CAF predicts, “If you look at FTX, my question is how much of the money sent to Ukraine got laundered right back for the (2022 midterm) election? So, to me, Ukraine is not a destination point, it is a through put point. . . . At this point, and I hate to say it, but we are in full scale implosion. The corruption is that bad. That’s why I am telling you what we need is
First-world counties have governments that work. Perhaps imperfectly, and perhaps not in the most economically efficient way, but they successfully fulfill their responsibilities. But what happens when government not only fails to perform as expected, but its execution is inept to the point of being an embarrassment? To invoke an old image, the trains not only fail to run on time, but few move at all and when they do operate, they are accident prone and chronically late while often arriving at the wrong stations.
More is involved than public inconvenience or squandering funds. At some point public confidence is so weakened that the government itself loses legitimacy. And, as legitimacy declines, voters may well consider once unthinkable alternatives. Recall that “making the trains run on time” was the slogan that helped bring Benito Mussolini to power in 1922. This is the politics of exasperation, the belief that something must be done, and that perhaps a new political order is needed. This Is not a good situation for democracy.
