Anyone involved during the past 10 years, in what could be described as a "coverup" needs to be concerned.
CHICAGO (AP) - Responding to deepening mistrust of one of the nation's largest police forces, the federal government opened an investigation Monday into the Chicago Police Department, and authorities announced they would not charge an officer in the death of a 25-year-old black man who was shot in the back last year.
The Justice Department investigation was to look into patterns of racial disparity in the use of force. It comes nearly two weeks after the release of a video showing a white Chicago police officer shooting a black teenager 16 times.
The shakeup in the Chicago Police Department continued Monday with the sudden retirement of Constantine “Dean” Andrews, who personally closed the homicide of investigation of David Koschman four years ago without filing any criminal charges against the nephew of former Mayor Richard M. Daley.

DeleteRemember: MIRANDA IS NOT REQUIRED IF YOU ARE NOT IN CUSTODY.
Here's a fed trick. Come to your house. Ask questions. Tell you you're not in custody. No Miranda. Indict you later based on your responses.
