Donning a Santa’s hat, Chicago rapper King Louie posted Instagram pictures from his hospital bed Friday and wished his fans a Merry Christmas as he recovers from being shot earlier this week.

MERRY XMAS 2 ALL … ALL I WANT 4 XMAS IS 4 EVERYBODY 2 KEEP ME N THEIR PRAYERS….IM STAYING STRONG 4 MY FAMILY & THOSE WHO R PRAYING 4 ME …..THANK U ALL,” the rapper known for coining the term “Chiraq" wrote.

The rapper — whose real name is Louis Johnson Jr. — was shot in the head while he was busy being an innocent bystander while in a vehicle in the 3900 block of West 83rd Street around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to his management and the

police. In an exclusive interview with Gangster Magazine, the King says he thinks the shooting knocked some sense into his skull. Besides a slight headache, he is feeling better now and thinks his future is going to be bright.

Rahm should go on Undercover Boss....He could wear the Jewish gear and show up at Streets and San, CPD, CFD, and a school. He could shed tears, and pretend like he cares about anyone but himself. It would be good for ratings. Maybe he would cry? As it stands, I hope he was crying in Cuba when he got news of this latest shooting. Hope they secretly gave him ham on his Cuban, fucking cocksucker.

I am not going to be critical of 19th ward politicians. They tend to do the best job they can with very limited resources, and don't need to be beaten up. In fact, people should be helping them as they are among the last "normal" leaders in Illinois.

I am keeping the 19th Ward Chicago name because of the rich blog history going back to 2010 and because there is a ready-made base of similar-thinking readers. For now on, the 19th Ward of Chicago will be mainly a point of reference, an observation deck if you will. A place where allot of good-natured, normal-thinking people still live and can safely view the dysfunction overtaking America. Write whatever you want about whatever or whomever you want. Just keep it true and not vulgar.

At all times, we am going to comply with Blogspot's community standards. We have seen what happens when there is not such compliance.

We will never publish threats of physical violence or baseless attacks on people or institutions.
