Because there is nothing buzz worthy about it. Tragically, innocent people were killed. The heinous act made the news of course, after all it is news worthy. But there is nothing more to it that can churn up the emotions and further cause divisions between the sides.
Is this a rhetorical question? Answer is obvious as a Person of Protected Pigment they can do no wrong and whatever wrong they do it must be in rebellion of their poor systemic racism endured.
