Without covid it takes 6 months to evict someone thanks to Tom Dart's failure to serve summonses and his delays in carrying out a court ordered eviction. With Democrats in charge it will take at least 9 months before the freeloaders are put out.
Dart's job is to enforce the laws of the land, not help the little guy or any other particular group. Democrats believe in equal outcome not equal opportunity, want to live in a nice place pay your bills like the rest of us do, if not then you should be evicted in a timely fashion.
