The movement to rename Washington D.C. etc.

There is currently a nationwide effort to rid ourselves of all things and people that represented slavery. 

In Chicago, there is a movement to rename at least 30 schools that are named after slave owners including Washington High School. Then there is Washington Blvd. and Washington Park. These name changes are going to happened in 2021. 

You should expect the the Biden-Harris team to aggressively embrace this movement. The terms Washington D.C. and Mt. Washington will be deemed racist and will be out. The Washington Memorial will probably be demolished as will 1/4 of Mt Rushmore. The dollar bill will bear a likeness of someone else. All these steps as the U.S. rids itself of history.
