Rahm is running

Now that Bridget Gainer has taken herself out and Tom Dart can't seem to grow some, it looks like clear sailing for his honor in 2019. Vallas and McCarthy are competent but have too much baggage.

Unless there is someone else out there.

usually the serious candidates start circulating their petitions right around/after Labor Day. Rumors going around that someone local is interested.

It’s already being reported. Will Matt be in or out? Why isn’t Murphy telling people about it? It’s been no secret over the last month. He’s probably the only one that the Mayor can’t find any dirt on. Why doesn’t Murphy tell us? The media reported on it.

    4. The city would be blessed with the likes of a Mayor O'Shea.

I agree, but it isn’t Matt. It’s someone else. If Murphy doesn’t want to print it, I guess we are all left in the dark. But it makes for very interesting times in the neighborhood.

The question is, what side will Matt choose? Will he go with his friends or will he go with the man who gave him the power? Gainer is out, so who is in? Who did Bridget make way for? Can he do it? Between Vallas and this guy, the mayor will definitely not get any votes in the ward if this guy runs.

      It’s a really interesting dilemma.

It’s not O’Shea. It’s someone else. Where is Murphy?
