I don't even think that it is Quinn personally that is so bad. It is Democrat control of EVERYTHING. Unless or until Chicago Democrats realize that their unions are frauds and that they are selling their members on candidates (almost universally Democrats) who are at heart knee jerk, stupid anti-business ideologues who are poisoning the business climate in Illinois by fawning over the illegal immigrants and welfare voters with their hands out for the free stuff and pandering for their votes. The state will continue to decline. I see Detroit in our future if we do not change. The typical Chicago Democrat union guy is someone who keeps his nose clean, keeps his lawn clean, and keeps his personal balance sheet clean. That guy or gal needs to start demanding that the elected officials their liberal unions support - do the same. Signed someone who is not in a union, does not have a pension, does not work for a governmental body, but knows many who do and are.

Thank God for Quinn. His saving grace is that he does not have any children who would continue the downfall of America. Unlike his democratic counterparts, the Hynes, Darts, Cullertons, Mell's, Strogers, Daleys, Beavers etc.

Quinn is divorced and has two sons, Patrick IV and David, born on April 12, 1983, and December 16, 1984, respectively
