Tom Dart sued personally

Cares about puppies
The plaintiff was mobilized while an employee of the sheriff. He comes back from active duty and is put through the mill. This case promises some good reading about the internal workings of the sheriff's office.

    I agree big deal.

    Its just like when Aurelia Pucinski fired employees from the 19th ward when she lost the election to John Stroger. If you tried to sue her for the firing, she and her high ranking administrators would threaten your lawyer by saying “if you continue trying to sue the clerk, you’ll never practice law in Cook County again”.

    So its just the same thing here Dart will threaten his lawyers and the suit will quietly go away.

    Such a rigged game, why would you ever get involved with the politicians especially the 19 ward ones.

    The worst part is that Dart deliberately put Maher into LEADS as a suspected theif when he 100% has no basis to do that. Dart did this to destroy Maher's hard-earned government security clearance, hurt Maher, Maher's family, and "teach Maher a lesson." When Maher mobililzed (for the fourth time in his military career), Dart said Maher's putting the Army over Dart was "a kick in the teeth." A total abuse of office and power gone to his head.
