Why not let the people make the decision? Put it to a 50 state binding referendum like they should do with a lot of things.
Once more, a "conservative" justice switches sides to side with the enlightened "liberals" on the court. I cannot remember a time when it was the reverse - never on anything important....more reasons why we need to speak up against Obama, and motivate some friends and neighbors - many of who down at their core, know this liberal lunacy overtaking this country is WRONG ! Even the Catholic bishops are now at odds with Obama over his mandate forcing Catholic churches to go against their teachings....folks we really may be witnessing the general abolishing of the country we grew up in.....We may not get another chance if we do not speak and work against this guy. You must get your friends to realize that he is truly the enemy of the Irish Catholic south sider - he is not a "Democrat" in any traditional sense.....
This is the wake up call for all free choosing Americans. Having to buy anything should be the final straw. Get everyone you know who isn't registered to vote registered. We now have to let people know who we are and that we are serious . Let's take back our country and then our ward. These bastards are not our friends. They only want to stay in office at our expense. Now I know we must have a governing body but we don't need them to stay forever. WAKE UP 19th WARDERS. Now is the time to unite.
