Your complete guide to the most important contests between now and November.
The midterm primary rush continued in Colorado, where progressive candidates from the party's left flank defeated more moderate Democrats.
The results came a week after progressive candidates in New York City pulled off a stunning sweep in their state's House primaries, knocking out two incumbent Democrats and defeating the party establishment's preferred candidate in a third race.
Progressives kept up the momentum on Tuesday.
One of the most notable results of the night saw incumbent Rep. Diana DeGette lose out to democratic socialist Melat Kiros in the state's 1st District.
DeGette, 68, has held the seat since January 1997. However, Kiros, a 29-year-old former New York attorney, pulled off an unexpected victory after a campaign calling for the abolition of ICE, stopping military aid to Israel and supporting "Medicare for all."

Another Democratic progressive, state Rep. Manny Rutinel, defeated former state Rep. Shannon Bird in Colorado's battleground 8th District.
Rutinel, whose campaign had focused heavily on immigration, will face Republican Rep. Gabe Evans in a toss-up contest in November.
"This is the moment for all the kids out there who had the deck stacked against them," Rutinel said in his victory speech. Evans described his upcoming opponent as a "far-left, radical socialist, Mamdani-wanna-be extremist."
