The mayor grew up in a black community where he is accustomed to spending his life with only black people. He does not relate to other races.
I am comfortable spending time with all races because we always lived in the diverse area of New Orleans. In addition, New Orleans was called the most mixed race people in the United States. We loved everyone, White, Black, Asian, Greek, Italian, Cajun, Haitian, Latino, Creole, Indian, African, etc.
