I agree with the suggestion of eating vitamin A foods to build the immune system to fight diseases. I eat 740 micrograms of vitamin A foods daily which is about a half cup serving of baked sweet potato or carrots or spinach, or your choice of vitamin A foods and feel great at age 89. We had measles, mumps, whooping cough, and all childhood diseases that were treated with Cod Liver Oil, good nutrition, homemade chicken and vegetable soups, rest, Vitamin A foods, pain medication such as Tylenol or Acetaminophen, ointment for sores, and so on. I used the same remedies when I had Shingles in 2019. Do the research. Never had Covid nor the vaccinations. I am heavily into the study of nutrition because food is medicine for the body. Teach nutrition education and food science to parents and children to save lives and prevent abuse of prescription drugs and numerous vaccinations. A healthy immune system can fight diseases.
