City Council dodges controversial votes on Welcoming City carve-outs
Wednesday’s decision not to vote on an exception to the Welcoming City ordinance means President-elect Donald Trump will have no help from Chicago police when and if he makes good on his threat of mass deportations of illegal immigrants.
Chicago has more problems than it can handle and it is pointless to pick a fight with President Trump.

ReplyDeleteMany Illegals come to America for freebies and live in this country for years and never finish high school, never learn to speak English, never learn skills beyond driving a taxi, mowing lawns, cleaning services, etc. There are many American citizens who should get those jobs during their teens for income to help their families and save for college.
ReplyDeleteToo much focus is on helping illegals instead of reaching out to millions of youngsters who are raising themselves because their parents are working and leaving them home alone.. There should be services for children of working parents to prevent high crime among juveniles.
For example, start a government program to provide jobs for youngsters, nutritious foods for youngsters, transportation for youngsters, job training for youngsters, tutoring services for youngsters, and so on. Students are not learning the necessary skills to compete in high tech jobs of today and need experts to reach out to them because they are bored.
If it is okay for unvetted illegals to be welcomed in America, then why not allow all convicts serving time in prisons get released into society. How do you know who the millions of illegals are?

The purpose of requiring people to enter legally is to protect all people. Thank God for Trump who requires legal entry into this country to protect all. Right is right.
Chicago anti Trump politicians are not able to protect illegals from being deported. Lots of American citizens have to show an id when traveling by train, air, and ship as well when visiting hospitals. A black elderly lady was asked to show her ID when she complained to security about a merchant trying to scam her.
ReplyDeleteIllegals would be wise to return home on their own instead of listening to politicians advising them to fight the president. I cannot understand why illegals would want to enter a country illegally and have to sleep in the streets and eat junk foods that will kill them.
They should return home and apply legally and use community services to assist them with employment after they have developed skills by using the internet in their country.
We planned a cruise vacation to Brazil and were told to get a visa or else we would not be allowed to put our feet on Brazil’s soil.

I don’t understand why Chicago is allowing unknown strangers to walk into America and receive freebies because a few politicians made that decision. I travel with a passport to board airplanes and cruise ships.
Lots of illegals are taking jobs away from unskilled black young and elderly people as well as the handicapped. Latinos are hiring illegal Latinos. Asians are hiring illegal Asians. Asian Indians are hiring illegal Asian Indians. The love for illegals is causing serious problems in American cities for citizens. The vote for Trump was to send illegals back to their country.
Our black and Hispanic youngsters are struggling because many of them have parents who don’t know how to teach them reading and writing skills throughout their developmental years because they never learned themselves. Unfortunately the schools don’t provide tutoring programs to assist the teachers to be able to do a better job of bringing students up to grade level in math, reading, and learning skills.
ReplyDeleteMany Chinese students had the same problems learning that black and Hispanic students are having and they solved their problem by forming groups and teaching themselves. That is the new normal: Get together and teach yourselves.
