The overcrowded areas of migrants are causing a decline in services and the beauty of our cities. They are not learning to speak English, yet they are preparing food in restaurants. They are unkempt and extremely uneducated, and refuse to learn English, yet they they are getting jobs in sales, taxi drivers, food service, all without job training and ability to speak English. Change must come.
