Youngsters today are having a difficult time controlling their aggressive behavior because they are allowed to consume marijuana, alcohol, caffeine, street drugs, junk foods, and whatever. Of course they are fighting like mad animals.

Certain people need to "learn" to behave or made to behave.

Uncaring parents are not raising their children to appreciate what’s available to them to enjoy life like upstanding citizens. Unfortunately they are acting like crazy animals fighting each other.

During the old days of the 1950s, teens were planning to get married and start a family. Violence among teens did not exist and people were able to walk the streets at any hour of the night without fear of getting harmed. Park activities were a treat for families and violence did not exist. People respected each other and were happy to participate in provided activities.
Today’s teens are unemployed, broke, and have nothing to do but get together and plan destructive negativity to keep them busy. Perhaps our political leaders should focus on urban planning and laws that include how to keep teens engaged in employment activities especially for that age group to keep them focused toward a positive direction. Jobs for youth should be emphasized. Paid job training for youth would be great. Junior police cadets with a salary would be appreciated. Junior neighborhood assistants for the elderly would be helpful, etc.
Lots of youngsters are employed at airports as wheelchair assistants for elderly travelers and they are proud to be of service.
