When they drink alcohol, ingest street drugs, smoke marijuana, and so on, the brain shuts down and the crazy behavior takes charge and they kill each other.
During the 1960s whenever craziness occurred during certain holidays when alcohol drinking and drugs were used to celebrate and shootings occurred, if the police were called, they would tell you to call back when they stopped shooting.
