The thieves are stealing merchandise and selling it online. It is organized crime and youngsters are hired to do the stealing. Technology is great but it is causing lots of problems like increased thefts, online harassment, planned crimes, children ruining their eyesight because too much overuse of cell phones and computers, advertisers are causing people to buy too much unnecessary stuff that depletes natural resources, too much junk sold that ends up in landfills, causing people to stay in debt that causes excess stress, etc.
