I wonder who made the mistake?

When I was punching doorbells in Beverly for the ward years ago it worked like this. Absentie ballots could only be counted if they were delivered no later than the next day after the election? Only 1 absentie ballot per voter and the election judge had to sign off and count the ballot.

Where are Burke's supporters in the City Council and beyond within the Democrat Party here? As soon as I heard this I KNEW that the radical Democrats would be using the mail ins to change the outcome....why is it that the one who is behind after election night always seems to end up the winner...AFTER the mail ins come? Because they need to know how far behind they are...and from there they can figure out how many "votes" they need to create to win....sounds like the Pres election of 2020! Why isnt Burke objecting to the "discovered" ballots supposedly by one official (who just happens to be, by his social media postings) to be an extreme left BLM supporter...obviously not for Burke ....Democrats in the 19th Ward need to wake up...these people hate us !!
