You aren't implying that the most QUALIFIED should be given the job rather than just someone with the right skin color are you? Because that's racisssssss. But what's worse, this clown being "grade inflated" all the way to the office, or the inept, incompetent, racist folks who voted him in (assuming there was any integrity to the election - a highly dubious assumption given that this is Chicago and its 2024).
