Chinese migrants are increasing on a daily basis and work together as they read medical books at home and become doctors for black people who refuse to read medical books at home. The Chinese also teach themselves math and computer programming languages to get into the best STEM schools while black students refuse to study together and teach themselves.
Black children have been told that they cannot learn if they live in low income zip codes where teachers consider too undesirable to enter their schools and refuse to work. That is blatant discrimination against poor black children and totally unprofessional on the part of those teachers. Public schools were established to educate and guide all children to learn. We cannot have a crime free city until all children are given a quality education by highly trained and certified teachers.
