1860 - 1865 was NOT a Civil War. The southern states simply wished to leave . DC was never invaded or occupied, and it was NEVER the desire of the Confederate states to run the US government...just to be left alone. In many ways, what is going on today is quite similar. Most simply wish to be left alone and absolutely DO NOT wish to share their country with the freedom hating civilization destroyers that support the current White House infestation. A national divorce is far more of what is needed.
Blue states will get bluer and red states will get redder. The heavy democrat states will fail and when people suffer enough, only then change will happen.
The people without guns and ammo and supplies will not fare well as blue states and areas fail. Those with a strong will to survive and have prepared will prevail.
