A Chicago police officer and two federal agents were shot Wednesday morning outside a police station in Morgan Park on the Far South Side, according to preliminary information from Chicago Fire officials.
The officers were outside the 22nd District station, 1900 W. Monterey Ave., when they were shot, fire officials said.
One officer was shot in the hand, another was grazed by a bullet on his head, and the third officer was struck in the arm, fire officials said. Their injuries are expected to be non-life threatening.
The officers were taken to Christ Medical Center for treatment, fire officials said.
Seems to have been an at random shooting.
