CNA Staff, Aug 19, 2020 / 02:40 pm MT (CNA).- Joe Biden was officially nominated as the Democratic Party’s 2020 presidential candidate on Tuesday evening. With the formalities over, what are the policies he will be running on?

The 2020 DNC platform draft says that religious freedom is a “fundamental human right”

that nevertheless cannot be used “as a cover for discrimination.”

Democrats in Congress have promoted legislation, the “Do No Harm Act,” as a means of curtailing expressions of religious freedom which they claim are discriminatory.

The proposed legislation would limit the application of current religious freedom protections—the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA)—in cases such as objections to the contraceptive mandate, health care workers declining to participate in abortions, and religious adoption agencies placing children only with married opposite-sex couples.

He will usher in Communism and all your rights will disappear overnight. If you still want to vote Democrat I strongly recommend watching Millie Weaver's "Shadowgate" documentary. It will open your eyes.

The sad part is that our now mostly closed Catholic Churches in the 19th Ward will be utterly silent about this serious threat to our beliefs. Maybe it is because the priests themselves don't care. Time to stand up for the faith, and if necessary,stand up to the politicians in our area who have now joined in on this crazy cult called the Democrat Party.

The theme of this blog has changed. We are now headed into a period of extreme political and economic troubles. We want to increase everyone's awareness and show them how to weather the storm. We are going to begin including articles and videos on prepping (food, water, shelter, medicine, self-defense,) basic economics and general SHTF lifestyle changes.

I am not going to be critical of 19th ward politicians. They tend to do the best job they can with very limited resources, and don't need to be beaten up. In fact, people should be helping them as they are among the last "normal" leaders in Illinois.

I am keeping the 19th Ward Chicago name because of the rich blog history going back to 2010 and because there is a ready-made base of similar-thinking readers. For now on, the 19th Ward of Chicago will be mainly a point of reference, an observation deck if you will. A place where allot of good-natured, normal-thinking people still live and can safely view the dysfunction overtaking America. Write whatever you want about whatever or whomever you want. Just keep it true and not vulgar.

At all times, we am going to comply with Blogspot's community standards. We have seen what happens when there is not such compliance.

We will never publish threats of physical violence or baseless attacks on people or institutions.
