The electorate has been described by our leaders as a "basket of deplorables", "garbage" and "scoundrels". Besides that, they do truly care.
Trust me when I tell you that this is the prevailing attitude among a majority of our political leaders. Dat's why they call them the "Elite" don't you know.
It's too damn bad, but I totally agree. I know why they are doing the pandering, but it would take too long to explain. Money is the bottom line. Shocking as it is, I will never watch another MLB, NFL, or NBA game. WNBA, honestly, who wants to watch a bunch of lezzies shoot the hoops? Looking forward to my local grammar school's schedule.
This lockdown was a blessing in disguise. Why would you want to patronize any of these sports? I agree, watch the Little league and high school teams play. When I saw the picture of the Baltimore Orioles taking the knee, I said That's it for sports.
I agree the lockdown was a blessing, there is so much more to do in life than watching a bunch of overpaid political organizations. I will watch hockey and that's it. Watch these organizations come pandering back to us when they see their revenue drop big time.
I never really cared about professional sports. A bunch of overpaid, sometimes overstuffed and sometimes mush mouthed professional athletes pontificating on how I should behave, when some (or most) are committing adultery, having out of wedlock kids, drinking, doping, gambling and endorsing poorly paid Haitian "employees" made sneakers isn't my cup of tea. ☹️ (@_@)
