The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is crafting plans to deploy about 150 federal agents to Chicago this week, the Chicago Tribune has learned, a move that would come amid growing controversy nationally about federal force being used in American cities.

You have been silent throughout all the rioting, chaos, looting and terrible treatment of the Chicago Police Department. You have a moral obligation to our community to act in our best interest. So far you have been invisible. Your silence is deafening. Not as deafening as what happened to the Chicago police officer protecting the Columbus statue in Grant Park from the anarchists and terrorists when fireworks exploded by his ear sending him to the hospital. The mayor of Chicago whom you supported, supports violence as a political movement allowing our police to be injured. She has let our beautiful city turn into a war zone. She is the problem. Quit being a coward and speak up, stand up and say something. The rioting, looting and the abuse the police are enduring is despicable. Does your silence mean you don't care or do you not know what to do. Stand up for law and order and tell the mayor she is out of her mind. You, Alderman O'Shea will be held accountable for your silence and apathy. When you stand for nothing you fall for everything. You are falling fast.
