    Need outsider.
    23 years on cpd, this Department is in bad shape.
    White shirts don't care.
    To many minorities hired and promoted, nothing against them.
    Beat officer's lazy and clueless.

      I don't believe the mayor is a problem yet. Problem is cpd. Cpd not performing duties, lazy, crybabies, etc.
