Who is Patrick O'Brien

the real deal
Pat O'Brien to take on the incompetent and socialist inspired/funded Kim Foxx
Pat O’Brien was born and raised in Chicago, where he attended St. Ignatius High School. Upon receiving his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, Pat returned home to attend DePaul University College of Law. Pat became a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois in 1975 and has practiced continually since, working in both the public and private sector.
Pat has twice worked in the Cook County State’s Attorney Office, handling high-profile cases representing the State of Illinois, and as a result of his dedication to serving
justice, Pat was appointed to high-level leadership positions in the Felony Review Unit as Felony Trial Supervisor; Bureau Chief of the Criminal Division; and finally, Chief Deputy, accountable for over 800 Assistant Attorneys handling criminal cases in Cook County.
Pat also served as an Assistant Illinois Attorney General where he assisted State's Attorney's Offices across the State of Illinois with major criminal cases, often working closely with the elected State’s Attorneys in each county.
Pat O’Brien’s impressive record as a public attorney served him well, when in 2006, Pat was elected as a Judge of the Cook County Circuit Court, where he presided in both criminal and civil courtrooms for 8 years, before returning to private practice.
Given Pat’s extensive prosecutorial and judicial experience, Pat O’Brien’s private practice has concentrated on criminal law, where he has provided fair representation for defendants. During this time, Pat has also been honored to be appointed a Hearing Officer for the City of Chicago Liquor Commission and as Attorney for the Police Board.

We need a SA that will prosecute public corruption. Not partake in it.

Less than 30% of registered voters cast ballots yesterday. Donna More and Fioretti ran races of little consequence or hope of beating Foxx. So were they spoilers? Who knows. In any event, it'll be a challenge for a republican to oust the incompetent incumbent. Things for middle class working families are looking grim with the current crop of elected officials defying federal law with welcoming cities and reluctance to approve charges and prosecute offenders as part of some Soros social experiment. Talk about collusion, a foreigner pours millions to offset the rule of law and nobody says a word. But here we are. Lightfoot blocks cooperation with federal law enforcement agencies, Foxx disregards prosecution of violations of state statutes and now comes Newman with her support of late term abortions, and the embrace of the Green new deal which promises to turn our democracy into a socialist Venezuela. So keep our cities and thought of our communities on the front burner and realize what's going to be left for your kids if these pandering leftists continue to flaunt their disregard for the oaths they've taken to do their jobs. The time has come for them to represent US, the voters who put them there, not the moneyed socialists who want to dictate how we live our lives. Fact is we need crossover votes in November to keep our communities as places where our kids can live, safely, unmolested and free to prepare for their next generations.

You wont want to hear this one but. In Illinois Cook County is 69% of the total vote. Thats what has given up Carol Mosley, Senator Tombstone etc. Cook County has a voting majority that is over 50% black. Now who do you think will win in November vs Foxx?

  4. This would be a great time to see the Nat'l GOP throw some dough into this race. Foxx still is vulnerable, She got awfully lucky that JB did not postpone the election.

On another note, can someone tell me where to find just the 19th Ward voting results. I think I already saw that less than half of the registered voters even came out

    3. I figured as much. I actually think that there are people out there that believe some of the powers that be can figure who you voted for. We definitely have turned into a country of sheep

Illinois can't legally postpone a statewide election. Early and mail voting was available.

JB couldn't delay the election, due to Illinois state law. Capitol Fax discusses this. Election accomodations already existed with early voting and mail voting.
