  4. By the time she's done it'll be the collar wards,i.e.19th,18th,23,13th and about 13 others which will once again suffer the worst. The alder puppets such as our own O'Shea and Curtis and Quinn will all fall in line and praise any new tax that comes along, regardless on how many of their ward's businesses take flight. Poor County Fair Foods is getting slaughtered by unfair competition coming from the likes of EP,and Merrionette Park, and if that's not a good enough example, how about the poor retailers trying to do biz in the 10th ward. Not only are they bordered by the all too welcoming suburbs, they've got the tax friendly state of Indiana to contend with. You'll note as is true of all Democrats,Mr Lighfoot made not one mention of perhaps any spending (freebie) cuts
