I watched the democratic congress members try to prop Mueller up during the hearings. I started feeling sorry for him as he came off as feeble and disoriented and then I remembered the tactic they taught in the police academy about testifying in court and legal proceedings. Ask to have the questions repeated or say you don't understand the question in an effort to get the question rephrased. In a hearing where only 5 minutes allowed per questioner, this breaks any momentum the committee members may have and eats up the time for questioning. Mueller's been in this game for more than 30 years. So he decides to come off this way, knowing a poor performance would help him avoid another appearance
I get tired of hearing about him in the news.
ReplyDeleteRep. Hank Johnson proved once again that a mentally challenged person can be a congressman.
