Murph,I whole heartedly agree.Rauner has now turned into a fence rider. He needs to grab himself by the family jewels and make a decision on which direction he wants to go. In my opinion if he continues on his current path, JB is going to trounce him anyway. So he may as well hitch his wagon to Trump & his policies and ride it out,he may be pleasantly surprised.

has anyone ever seen a campaign, primary or general election in which candidate make major media buys months and months before any ballot is cast, in which a candidate has not mentioned, even once, an accomplishment he achieved during his first term, while expecting you the voter to grant him a second term. While on that topic, has anyone ever seen a candidate for any office, point a finger in every advertisement, at someone like Madigan, who has nothing to do with the governor. Living through 3 of the last 4 years without a state budget along with this governors inability to negotiate, compromise or govern makes me turn away from Rauner.
On the other side of the ballot we have an overweight professional do-nothing, who tauts fictional accomplishments like feeding pre-schoolers to succeed in school while cheating on his real estate taxes by removing toilets in a gold coast mansion he owns.
Honestly, its a shame there ISN"T anyone running for state office worth voting for. Hope they come up with a better line-up for mayor.
