aaannnndddd...this is one big reason I started growing my own veggies 10 years ago. I know what's been but on them, on the ground they grow in, and how they have been handled and process. I don't worry if hose washed his hands after he fertilized the crops. that and i'm a cheap old bastard and it's a lot cheaper to grow them than to buy them.
