Reports that police shot him in the back may be not entirely accurate. It appears that at least one shot was fired at police. It also seems that the decedent was involved in another shooting a few days earlier. Much more needs to be learned.

DeleteEasy, cpd will sit(lounge) at 115 bourbon street for hours watching cubs,sox bears games instead of working. Cpd scared of the black man on street.
