Okay, so according to the report, Comey was insubordinate. What does that mean in the big picture. If he were still employed by the FBI maybe he could be demoted, transferred or fired. But he already's been fired so what repercussions does this insubordination generate? My guess is none. He probably got all the money for his book so what happens next? Sounds like he skates to me. A year and a half to write a report that gets sent to the same people the report investigated, kind of a whitewash, don't you think?
