He then claimed to be a territorial marshal/special agent for his short line railroad. They finally got him on an Arson charge dating years prior where he torched an apartment building for the insurance money. It goes to show you fake Sheriff Tom Dart who's also on the Illinois Law Enforcement government Port doesn't have the knowledge to check out if someone's legit are not as lawn forcement. Dark himself has never worked as a law enforcement officer on the street he's never been to the academy he's right up this guy's alley and people keep voting him in thanks Mike Sheehan!
Funn thing is now that we know that he was actually appointed to the position of Pembroke Township Police Commissioner, he will win the criminal case. He will probably sue everyone and get Tens of Millions of our Tax Payer Dollars. Why is the County picking on this one Black Guy who actually is who he says he is? The County is going broke fast, and mainly because of dumb stuff like this!
