Parents - one of the boys from the Ag School was mugged while walking home from school yesterday at 5:50pm. He was mugged on the corner of 109th & St. Louis. There were three offenders. Two black boys in their late teens knocked him down and stole his wallet and his phone while one remained in the car to get away. Black Sedan. Police report was filed. If anyone happens to have an outdoor camera near there, please check to see if you have any footage that might help police identify this group of boys. Urging you and your children to please be aware of your surroundings! The young man is okay, understandably shaken up.
It is unknown if race was a factor when the thieves decided to attack the kid. (Meaning, it is unknown if the thieves were racist thieves or just regular thieves.)
