WASHINGTON — After Russia warned the United States against military strikes in Syria, President Donald Trump says missiles “will be coming.”
Trump says on Twitter Wednesday: “Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria. Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and ‘smart!'” He adds: “You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!”
Trump didn’t say whether he was referring to a U.S. military strike. But he has threatened military action in response to Syria’s suspected chemical attack, which activists and rescuers say killed at least 40 people. The Syrian government and its ally Russia have denied that such an attack ever happened.
I'm not going to chime in with what I think may be the right thing or wrong thing to do in this particular instance. But I've just got one thing to say,so far I've been fortunate enough to have lived through twelve Presidents,and by far and away Mr.Trump's reign at the top has been the most entertaining. I still don't think he'll finish out his term, I think he'll end up resigning under pressure. It'd be a shame too though,because from what I'm hearing i think he'd actually win by a greater margin if there would an election held today
ReplyDeleteI don't understand why Trump's legal braintrusts haven't prepare motions requiring the special counsel to adhere to the boundaries of the original investigation. If Trump stiffed that whore for $130K, that would be one thing, but she was paid, accepted the money and now appears to have attempted to extort more. This is something right out of the Hillary-Clinton foundation playbook.
