Maybe he could include all the felons he issued pardons to on his last day as endorsing him. He cut them all loose, now he wants us to elect him to put them all back. Gimme a break.

Quinn wants to be, "the lawyer for the people." Why not? He was the Governor for Michael Madigan.

Here's one issue the Sheriff's Pizza Parties haven't been able to resolve....from today's Sun Times:

Public defenders pushed to breaking point by masturbating inmates.

Cook County Public Defender Amy Campanelli says female staffers have reached a breaking point as lewd behavior from jail detainees has seemingly skyrocketed over the last two years. | Rich Hein/Sun-Times files

Staffers in the Cook County Public Defender’s Office are used to clients who may have done horrible things, but over the last two years, female employees say their clients have become more brazen in doing horrible things right in front of them.

Masturbating inmates have become a common sight on the walk to and from holding cells where defense attorneys meet clients, and at the jail and in courthouse lockups. Last week, in a letter to Chief Judge Timothy Evans, Public Defender Amy Campanelli said her staff has reached a breaking point.

Dart and Preckwinkle feel the solution to the problem is to cut them all loose pending trial. Fucking genius.

Actually they've been briefed to start wearing those goggles like baseball teams wear in the locker room after championship games to avoid getting felonius semen in their eyes.
