Why doesn't the NAACP issue a travel warning to people of color traveling to the South Side of Chicago ?



There is no place in in America more dangerous for people of color. Every week children are being slain and absolutely nothing is said. I get the feeling that the powers that be could care less.

    As long as the folks(or People) are just killing each other, it's not even considered a criminal act.
