Abortion is "all that counts"

Former Dem Congressman: Democrats Are Leaving the Party Over Extreme Abortion Views

New dem chairman cares about abortion, nothing else
Top Democrats recently told their party to get in line with their radical abortion agenda or step aside. As a way to bury the controversy over the Democrat National Committee campaigning with a Democratic mayoral candidate, Heath Mello, who once voted for pro-life legislation, DNC Chair Tom Perez and Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) insisted that it was a mistake and that Roe v. Wade is non-negotiable. For many Democrats, that was the last straw. They are now leaving the party in droves, according to former Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI). He told The Media Research Center on Monday that he's been having conservations with some angry constituents.

Rep. Stupak: “There is, and there are a significant number that are pro-life – more than they know. And, those who no longer call themselves Democrats have probably moved to Independent, or they’d consider themselves moderate Republicans today.

“I can’t tell you how many people in my old district, even today come up and tell me, “You know, I was a Democrat until the party left me on the life issues, and I just can’t do that anymore, so I don’t identify as a Democrat anymore, so we appreciate your pro-life views. And, these are people who voted, probably Republican until I ran.”

Nearly a quarter of Democrats consider themselves pro-life, while most Americans oppose taxpayer funding of abortions. Knowing they are isolating these voters, some Democrats and progressives are trying to do damage control to sweep Perez's radical abortion views under the rug. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said of course one can be a pro-life Democrat and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is not apologizing for campaigning with Mello, who voted for pro-life ultrasound legislation.

"I think you just can't exclude people who disagree with us on one issue," Sanders said.

Democrats champion these unpopular radical causes and ignore the mainstream. That's very good for the GOP.

When a candidate like our state representative takes money from Personal PAC, an abortion promoter, Personal PAC owns the legislator. We saw that clearly illustrated with her vote on HB 40.

For the Democrat Party or as I like to call them the "Demonrat Party" politics is their religion and abortion is their high holy sacrament. Satan demands sacrifice of the innocent.
