My favorite is the Bum Hut on the northwest corner of 111th and Kedzie. Great place for Bums to sleep, drink, urinate, and wash their balls in public. Great work, hopefully a Methadone clinic is coming next.

How much longer is the alderman going to disrupt traffic with construction on 111th St? It's not about improving the neighborhood. It's about rewarding political insiders and donors.
