Washington (CNN)Republican Sen. Mark Kirk said Tuesday that Donald Trump "does not have the temperament" to hold the job of president, saying he "cannot and will not support" the presumptive GOP presidential nominee.

It was sharp criticism from an incumbent who had previously insisted he would support the GOP nominee.

The Illinois Republican, who faces a tough challenge this November from Illinois Democratic Rep. Tammy Duckworth, tweeted Tuesday that based on his background in the military, he does not have faith in Trump to lead.

"Given my military experience, Donald Trump does not have the temperament to command our military or our nuclear arsenal," Kirk wrote.

He basically did the same thing with Oberweiss who was the Republican Senate candidate opposing Dick Barney Rubble Durbin. Everyone should email his office and tell him that after what HE just said - you can no longer support him. Why couldn't he have just stepped aside to let someone capable run this time?

The theme of this blog has changed. We are now headed into a period of extreme political and economic troubles. We want to increase everyone's awareness and show them how to weather the storm. I am not going to be critical of 19th ward politicians. They tend to do the best job they can with very limited resources, and don't need to be beaten up. In fact, people should be helping them as they are among the last "normal" leaders in Illinois.

I am keeping the 19th Ward Chicago name because of the rich blog history going back to 2010 and because there is a ready-made base of similar-thinking readers. For now on, the 19th Ward of Chicago will be mainly a point of reference, an observation deck if you will. A place where allot of good-natured, normal-thinking people still live and can safely view the dysfunction overtaking America. Write whatever you want about whatever or whomever you want. Just keep it true and not vulgar.

At all times, we am going to comply with Blogspot's community standards. We have seen what happens when there is not such compliance.

We will never publish threats of physical violence or baseless attacks on people or institutions.
