The electorate has been described by our leaders as a "basket of deplorables", "garbage" and "scoundrels". Besides that, they do truly care.
Trust me when I tell you that this is the prevailing attitude among a majority of our political leaders. Dat's why they call them the "Elite" don't you know.

Can we please get some salt spread on the streets
It's 1:45 pm and there have been no salt trucks on 103rd st. 111th st. 115th st. Kedzie or Pulaski. I didn't check Western Ave. It's not like this storm was a surprise.

Actually, the snow was a surprise. Everyone thought the snow was going to go north and it didn't. Considering all that the Alderman did a fantastic job.
Hey Bill now that you took care of the prisoners being released, that can free up some time to get to that pension reform that you said you were going to get done. You remember that the one costing OUR GOVERNMENT OVER 20 million a day

Look at the latest small (but still a lie): going to Cuba for 10 days. That was the 18th. On the 27th, his "people" say he is coming back early to deal with the crisis, and he comes back the next day (28th). That's 10 days. He is a sociopath! He spews so many lies he doesn't even realize it. Do a document dump on New Years Eve, because he knows everyone is distracted and there will be no newscasts with "Chi-Town Rising."
Mobilize Pickle. Mobilize O'Shea. Get a white alderman or two on the right side of this whole recall thing. We end up with Reilly for a while, and then we end up with a Mayor who has been here (i.e.-a native), who wants to stay here, and doesn't just see this as a stepping stone.
Meanwhile, Rauner is returning from having his back rubbed down with Coconut oil by Rahm in Cuba. Think I'm kidding? Wake up! Get rid of the evil little Rahm!
