CHICAGO - Andrea Zopp, who is running in the 2016 Democratic Primary for the opportunity to challenge liberal Republican U.S. Senator Mark Kirk in 2016, is upset about the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee's (DSCC) endorsement of her opponent Tammy Duckworth. Zopp is accusing the DSCC of racism and sexism, calling their decision “total insensitivity”
towards “African-American women.”
In a scathing response to the committee, Zopp, the former leader of the Chicago Urban League, said she was “saddened and shocked” the DSCC would throw its support behind Rep. Tammy Duckworth.
According to Zopp, the committee didn’t interview her before making the endorsement. She accused the Democratic party committee of “total insensitivity to Chicago, African-American women and the democratic process.”
On Thursday, Sen. Jon Tester, the chairman of the DSCC, announced the committee’s backing of Duckworth. See HERE.

    I think we should be happy to see the divisions within the Democrat Party ....we hear endlessly about the divisions real, imagined and overblown within the Republicans...if you are black, what have you seen the past seven years by the Wonder Boy Obama? The hype was insane, and the delivery was very sub par....black unemployment has not been this high since the 70's....blacks are not getting ahead. And they see the Hispanics as the new darling of the Democrats....this is why Republicans have a good chance of winning....Obamacare and the higher fees, foreign policy failures...brewing scandals by the Obama Adm.....Benghazi, IRS, .....the economy which appears to be faltering....could spell defeat for Hillary, and the bench for Dems is even more pathetic....Joe "gaffe a minute " Biden....Bernie "The Socialist" Sanders....or O'Malley....I believe in sanctuary cities .....politics goes in cycles....and I think this cycle of uber liberalism is coming to an end...
