We have reached a point in this city and State where it is do or die. If we cant vote out one of the worst Governors in the entire country....then we Never will. It will send a signal to business owners and citizens who feel overwhelmed by taxes ....that Illinois is a hopeless case....and those who have stayed hoping to turn things around will just be more disheartened and will join the others who have already left. The Democrats through their maniacal attachment to never ending benefits for certain people while taxing and taxing and taxing the rest of us are sucking the life blood out of our once great city and state. It is a shame. I don't want to move....but am feeling less attracted to our city and our state with every new bit of bad news. Our city, County, and State have truly become a joke to the rest of America.
i am outraged tha a truly great paper would endorse a crypto nazi like Rauner,this man is one step up from Himmler or Goebbels,just wait till he does get in and we hope he dosent you will see unions destroyed,public aid to our black brothers and sisters cut back and the school system in shambles also the diversity in our city will be curtailed to nothing and suspicion of all people of color will be on the rise and have no doubt have violent reprecusions as to this racists fear mongering thank you a disgusted 19th ward resident,
