This is all about the mid term elections....the Demonrats are sinking and looking for some way to fire up their minority base.....the media of course, are in lock step. Personally I could care less about this. Even if everything they say is true and happened just the way they claim it did....so what? The guy was clearly resisting the Officer. He would NOT comply. Too bad. give them a five dollar coupon for gas. If a Cop tells you to get out of the car....you get out. Period. Police have "discretionary powers". Under most circumstances you are obliged to comply with the police....P.S, I am not nor have I ever been a cop. I just remember my criminal justice class in college.....They are going to try to STEAL this one folks....gotta get your family to the polls and neighbors, etc.....Viva la resistance !!!!!!
a classic violation of the black mans civil rights on video no less with hysterical youngsters witnessing this miscarrige of justice and the pummelling of the "suspect".we wish that the AG Eric Holder was available to see these nazi like goons berating this man in front of his family and neighbors.this is what one can expect with a right wing mob with power exactly the type of criminal activity by police that murdered the young man in Ferguson Missouri and out raged the black community into righteous commdenation of the said murder, you can expect more of this behaviour on part of police if a canidate of the nazi type gets control of this country and tramples on the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. A outraged 19th ward resident.
Just because a driver tells you that they are in a hurry does not mean they are telling the truth. Just because someone says they don't have their ID and they have a ticket does not mean they are telling the truth. If the driver had been wearing her seat belt they would not have been pulled over. If the passenger complied with the officers legitimate command to get out of the car he would not have been tazed. How many times have cops pulled over people who said they were in a hurry for some supposed tragedy (when in reality they were trying to leverage the cop into not searching deeper because they were in violation of drug,gun or other law)/ How many times have cops encountered uncooperative passengers who would not comply with a lawful demand by a cop only to find it is because they were hiding something...drugs, guns, stolen merchandise, etc...etc.. This has nothing to do with Fergusson and nothing to do with any fictional right wing mob...they are the police and have discretionary powers to decide to investigate or not...to ask more questions if they believe there may be more going on than meets the eye. they are the ones who have had guns pulled on them during stops,,,had drivers pull away and try to run them over...etc...they stop drunks and druggies from killing us on the road.
Real obvious this was a set up and the coppers caught unaware.
