The services in this ward are in the pits. No police protection as in patrols, and when you call good luck unless you lie and say they got a gun. I'm not even sure how quick you would get a response then.
Who needs asphalt? The mayor's plan is to use the old window air conditioners from the schools to fill in the holes. Remember that every school is getting a/c by 2017.
