Where do you park?
across the street next to the fire house
That parking lot is filled 24-7.
the block between Troy and Albany is a double park zone. no worries.
Likewise. I liked it. I picked it up, though.Any interest in discussing these apartments on this blog: http://www.bisnow.com/commercial-real-estate/chicago/1805-new-york-takes-over-chicago/
This is a good investment in our neighborhood. I must say that Matt O'Shea did help facilitate this ....so good for him..
Good Job Matt
Thank you to the Barraco family, Ald. O'Shea and Ald. Ruggai.
And Tom Hynes and Dan Hynes too, Joe McMahon, Ald Fitzpatrick, Ald McKiernan, Morgan Murphy and last but not least Box Car Billie.
And Rose Bilecki too.
Seems like they are real busy. My boss wanted to have a lunch for eight there last week and was turned away.
Could they make the signs on the front of the building any bigger. Hard to read.
The place is great. I just wish there was a place to park.
This is the biggest thing to hit Mount Greenwood sine they built the post office.
